Shipping

• In-stock items usually ship within 1–3 business days.
• Made-to-order items take roughly 3–14 business days depending on complexity — the lead time is shown on each product page.
• You'll get an email confirming your order, and we'll be in touch if anything affects the timeline.

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand. We're based in Canberra, ACT, and everything is printed locally before it's sent.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order.
• We may offer free shipping over a certain order value — if so, it'll apply automatically at checkout.

When available, a free local pickup option appears at checkout for the Canberra area. We'll email you once your order is ready and arrange a time.

Once a parcel is with the courier, delivery times are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived in a reasonable time, email hello@sk3d.com.auand we'll help track it down.
