Terms of Service

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
• We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is mispriced or unavailable) and will refund you in full if we do.

• Many items are printed to order. Colours and finishes may vary slightly between prints, and 3D-printed items can show subtle layer lines — this is normal and part of the process.
• Custom and personalised pieces are made to your specifications. Please check your details carefully, as these items generally can't be returned unless faulty.

You must have the right to any design, logo, image or file you ask us to print. By submitting a file you confirm you're allowed to use it, and you're responsible for any third-party rights. Our own website content and branding remain ours.

We may decline requests for items that are unsafe, infringe someone's rights, or that we're not comfortable producing.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any other loss is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant item. 3D-printed items are decorative/hobby products unless stated otherwise and shouldn't be relied on for safety-critical uses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
